Welcome to RRR Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking of any tour, transportation, or related service through us. By booking a tour or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings are made through our website and require full payment at the time of booking to be confirmed.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price you will be charged.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour date at no extra cost, subject to availability, if requested before the 24-hour cutoff.
- If RRR Tours cancels a tour (e.g. due to severe weather or safety concerns), you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to a date of your choice.
3. Tour Conduct & Participation
- Guests are expected to arrive at the designated pickup point on time. The tour will not wait for late arrivals, and RRR Tours is not responsible for guests who miss the scheduled departure.
- If you miss a scheduled stop during the tour, you are responsible for rejoining the group at the next stop at your own expense.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour. Children aged 3 and under ride free when not occupying a separate seat.
- RRR Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from a tour whose conduct endangers themselves, other guests, or staff.
4. Included & Excluded Items
- Tour pricing includes round-trip transportation and the guided sightseeing itinerary as described on our Tours & Booking page.
- Admission tickets to third-party attractions (e.g. museums, observation decks) are not included unless explicitly stated, and must be purchased separately by guests.
- Meals and beverages beyond any included lunch break are not included in the tour price.
5. Liability
- RRR Tours provides transportation and guided sightseeing services. We are not responsible for the actions, closures, policies, or admission requirements of third-party attractions included in the itinerary.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, RRR Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Guests participate in all tour activities at their own risk.
6. Changes to the Itinerary
- RRR Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary, route, or timing due to weather, traffic, closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, while making reasonable efforts to preserve the overall experience.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
