The Full-Day City Tour typically runs 8–9 hours, including a lunch break. Exact timing depends on the pace your group sets at each stop and can flex slightly on request.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we're happy to help you reschedule where possible.

Yes, one reschedule is included at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability on your new preferred date.

If we cancel a tour due to severe weather or safety concerns, you'll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to a date of your choice.

Pickup is typically arranged at your downtown Chicago hotel or a nearby central location. The exact address is confirmed in your booking email closer to your tour date.
